We are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Buying from us:

You can pay securely using a credit or debit card. You can also phone in with your card details or send us a cheque with your order details. All payments are in pounds sterling and overseas orders will be converted by your card company. The currency convertor on our site, whilst updated frequently, is only for use as a guide. You will receive an email from us when your order is being despatched.

We aim to send all orders within 48 hours and they are despatched first class by Royal Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays in the postal service.

Stock/Back Orders:

We update our stock levels twice a day. However, it is possible that an item may be out of stock when you order. In this case we will notify you and your order will be put on back order. You will have the option to cancel/change your order at this stage. If, when we order your yarn, our supplier does not have it in stock we will notify you immediately and give you the opportunity of changing your order. You will not be charged until your order is ready for despatch.


All prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT (currently 15%). Orders made from outside the UK or European Union are VAT free and you will have the option to tick the Exemption button as you checkout.

Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event of part of your order being lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Goods will be re-despatched on receipt of the faulty items.


We do not disclose our customers to third parties. Your credit card details are deleted as soon as any transaction is completed.

Returns Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing – either by letter or email. Goods should then be returned to us with a copy of the order/receipt.

Returned items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. We will not accept returned goods which smell of cigarette smoke as these will be considered unsaleable. We cannot accept liability for returned goods damaged or lost in transit so we strongly recommend they are packaged carefully and returned by recorded delivery or registered post. The cost of this postage will not be refunded. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost of the order.

Orders paid for by credit or debit card will be refunded directly to the card used. Orders paid for by any other means will be credited by company cheque. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the goods.
